As we begin a new fiscal year and a new biennial budget, it is time to review and assess - and take credit! - for the programs and services of NLLN over the past biennium (FY08/FY09). This report to the NLLN Governing Board summarizes our activities for these years of planning, service, growth, and assessment. The NLLN Strategic Plan contains four goals:
~ Facilitate educational opportunities in the NLLN region for NLLN member library staff, trustees, and Friends of the Library through continuing education and staff development activities.
~ Advocate on behalf of all libraries.
~ Facilitate sharing ideas, materials, expertise, and experience within the NLLN community through effective communication.
~ Strengthen cooperation among all types of libraries in the NLLN region through resource sharing.
What did we do? How did we do? Where are we headed?

This report includes a brief summary of NLLN activities, programs, and services during these years, along with pictures of those participating in these events.
This can be used as a measure of our activity, of our success, and of our commitment to strengthen all libraries in west central and northwest Minnesota.
