Ralph Waldo Emerson, American essayist, poet, and philosopher, once said, "A man is what he thinks about all day long." This famous quote means that our perception and interaction with our world each day is defined by our thoughts. If our thoughts are focused on worry then our perceptions and interactions with our world will be organized in that matter. Everything that we do each and every day is the result or is in response of these worrisome thoughts.
