| Flex Your Project Manager
Release 2.1.6 |
In keeping with our philosophy of fast and cheap, we have released today a new version of the Project Manager built on newer, whizzier technology that is intended to substantially improve the user experience.
To try it out, click on the Project Tab, and then click on New Plan Manager in the blue sub nav. While this project manager reproduces the functionality of the old project manager, we hope that it is more intuitive and puts more information at your fingertips. Of course we would love any feedback on this or any part of the application,
We will release addtional documentation shortly.

| Viewing All Tasks For Your Company
Even When Not Assigned To You |
| "How do I see all tasks for my company? I would like to see every task that is active within my company. Can I do that?"
Yes you can! The first step is to confirm with the PositiveWare Team that you are configured to do this. Once you are, here's what you need to do:
1) Log in to PositiveWare 2) Go to the Plan Manager 3) Click on Page Options 4) Go down to Task View 5) Select "All" 6) Allow the page to reload (it will as soon as you click "All")
Now, you can see everything. But, as soon as you log out, that setting will switch back. So, if you want to make that change permanent, you can do the following:
1) In Plan Manager, go to Page Options again 2) Select "Save Options as Default"
That's it! Now, going forward, when you log in, you'll see all of your company's tasks.

| Tracking Time To Projects & Tasks
Versus Tracking Time To Clients |
| "We are taking our game up a notch and want to set PositiveWare to track time against projects only or tasks only, and make it so that time can't be tracked against a client. Is this possible?"
Help is here. The Organization Admin can set the system to do this. Click on Setup>Attributes. Drop down ActivityTrackingForClient from the Attribute dropdown. Type On in the box, make sure the Transient box is not checked, and click on Set.

| Finding meaning on a bridge? |
|
The new design of the Positive Tip Jar features an image of the Viaduc de Millau, a stunning engineering achievement in southern France. We put it there as a reminder of the wonderful things we accomplish when work has meaning.
About the Viaduc de Millau
The Viaduc (a bridge, really) is 2.46km long. The more impressive statistic is its height. Designed to cross the Tarn valley at altitude, its highest pylon is 1,125 feet high - higher, for example, than the Eiffel Tower.
The height and length of the bridge made it tremendously difficult to design, and pose additional challenges in its operation. A dense array of sensors provide continual feedback on the various stresses on the bridge at any moment to direct the activities of the maintenance personnel.
Give Work Meaningä
The construction and operation of the bridge is the result of a number of different enterprises coming together to create something bigger than any of them could have done alone. Coordinating their efforts, they have constructed a work that may be considered one of the wonders of the world.
The beauty of working on a bridge, of course, is that the purpose of all work on the project is clear. At PositiveWare we believe that all work should have the same kind of purpose and clarity. Whether we are working on a wonder of the world, or a market research product for a toothpaste flavor, the purpose of your work should be clear.
