Creating & Changing Your Passwords
You Are Not Alone!
A very common question we recieve was posted on our Support Forum:

"How do I Change My Password?"

It's easy!  Once you're logged in, click on the "Setup" link in the upper right-hand corner.  Then click "Change Password".  You'll be asked to enter your current password and then your new password twice.  That's it!

"OK, but what if I don't remember my password?"

Go to the Positiveware Site and try to log in with what you believe to be your password.  If it doesn't let you log in, you'll see a link underneath the "Log In" button that says "Forgot Your Password?"  Click the link to have your password emailed to you.

Alternatively, you can have your company's PositiveWare Admin log in and reset your password on the Employees link under "Setup".

Employee Changes?  No Problem!
Deleting A User Does Not Delete Data
"I would like to make a former employee inactive without losing track of their positiveware goals and place in our plan. How do you suggest I proceed? If I delete an employee, does their information go as well? Would it be better to make a separate category of inactive employees?"

Thanks for the question... it's a good one.

When you delete an employee's user account, no data are actually deleted. Any projects or tasks that you can already see will remain visible to you after the employee has been removed.

This is true as well for comments and time tracked. All data are kept and available in the system.
