2011 was a special year for Rhonda, Agility Consulting's Office Manager.  Over the past few years, she has taken on a hobby of making a special kind of jewelry  using beads that come from the Kazuri Bead Factory, a fair-trade company in Kenya.  These beautiful beads are hand-shaped and painted by disadvantaged single mothers, giving them the opportunity to support their families.  The jewelry is sold through Nick and Rhonda's church, and 100% ofthe proceeds are sent to the Amani Children's Foundation in support of the New Life Homes Orphanage in Nyeri, Kenya.

In September, Rhonda traveled to Kenya and was able to tour the Kazuri Bead Factory.  She also spent several days helping to care for babies in the New Life Homes orphanage in Nyeri, just outside Nairobi.  For Rhonda, this was a remarkable experience and she returned with a renewed passion for the jewelry and a deeper appreciation for the amazing ways in which the New Life Homes staff love and care for these precious children.

This year we are making a special contribution to support the work of New Life Homes through the Amani Children's foundation and have included you as one of the Friends of Agility Consulting in this contribution.
