Staying hydrated and replacing those nutrients, minerals, electrolytes and vitamins that the body sweats out is critical to staying healthy and energetic in the heat. However, many of the so called popular sport drinks on the market include nothing more than sugar and low grade electrolytes.
The CellQuest / Active Liquid Wellness team have been working with former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks NFL standout Jerry Wunsch to test new drinks with CellQuest for athletes. Results have been very promising and significant impact on cramp reduction and overall hydration. We felt we would pass this insight on for all our customers who want to make a true sport / health drink whether you are a peak athlete or savy senior wanting to beat the heat this summer.
CellQuest "Health" Drink Mix Recipe! - Pour 2 to 4 ounces of CellQuest in your favorite water bottle.
- Add 2 to 4 ounces of 100% Fruit Juice (optional for taste)
- Add 12 to 16 ounces of water
- Add ice to chill as desired
- Optional - Add a teaspoon of Active Liquid Minerals
- Shake or stir and drink!
