Tuesday - Let's Play - Ages 3-4 are invited to come and play at the library! Try something different each week - board games, Play Doh, Legos, and more! 1-1:30 p.m. Wednesday - Afterschool Art Workshop - Ages 12-15 are invited to experiment with different mediums, including sketch, print-making, sculpture, and paint. 3-3:45 p.m. Young Artist Club - For ages 8-11. Last week we created individual abstract projects using our own hands as models. This week we'll finish those up, complete our portfolios, and start a new project! 4-4:45 p.m. Quilters' Circle - All skill levels are welcome to join us at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall's community room. Whether you quilt by hand or sewing machine or want to learn how to do either, this is the group for you! Friends of the Wallkill Public Library Meeting - 6:30 p.m. at the library. Help plan activities and fund-raisers to benefit the library, and have a great time while you're at it! New members are always welcome.
Thursday - Imagination Playstation - For ages 5-7. Last week we made our own slime, some cool sculptures, and had some tasty snacks. This week we'll be making lava lamps! Join us from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
Saturday - Our Card-Making Workshop for Adults will give you the chance to craft two gift tags and two greeting cards with coordinating envelopes. You'll also learn tips and techniques used to create beautiful handmade cards for all occasions! 7 p.m. at the library. |
