Comfort Zone
To Increase your Vibration you must do something you have never done and change your Comfort Zone.

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.
- Albert Einstein

When we are able to grow beyond our current comfort zone, we have the opportunity to increase the rate at which our system vibrates. It is in growing beyond homeostasis that we can change our personal reality.

Giving yourself the opportunity to get out of your comfort zone might not feel like such a great thing in the beginning. Doing something you have never done or doing something you have done often in a way that you have not done it before allows you the opportunity to grow beyond where you are most comfortable.

Doing something as simple as drying the other leg first when you get out of the shower in the morning, or taking a different route in to the office can allow you to get out of your habitual unconscious self enough to see something in a new way.

In growing you have increased your vibration. In increasing your vibration you will find that you attract different things and that other people may respond to you in different ways. This sets up a loop where you will be further encouraged to continue getting out of your comfort zone. It also allows you to create new neural pathways within your brain, increasing your brain power and allowing you to gain a new perspective on old habits. This new perspective can give you the opportunity for new creative abilities in your life.

I get wonderful feedback from my clients that I have really helped them to see their situation from a different perspective.

I truly enjoy working with you to co-design growth opportunities for you to be able to experience life from a new level or a new state of mind. This will provide you with a new state of being and a new personal reality.

If you would like some assistance with changing your perspective on what appear to be problems in your life. Please feel free to give me a call!

A session is generally about an hour and the appreciation for a private session is currently $90.00.

Inner Peace
Inner Peace

I have had a very busy summer so far and at times the feeling of Inner Peace has seemed a little or a lot more difficult to achieve depending on the circumstances of the day. I have helped a couple of friends move house as well as having lots of company at home through out the summer. The normal easy pace of my life seems to be changing rapidly and although it feels exciting it also feels abnormal too.

One of the practices that I have found most helpful is to slow my thinking processes down through the practice of mindful breathing. By focusing on my breath and how the air feels passing through my nose into my lungs, I can follow an easy meditation path that only takes just a few minutes and allows me to "re-balance" and calm my energy enough to get back to a state of "consciousness" with my self and my environment. It is particularly important to maintain this sense of calmness with so many other personalities in the house this summer.

If you want to follow along I will share the practice with you. I will be recording this meditation and putting a free download of it on my website for you to use in upcoming weeks.

Close your eyes.....Take a deep cleansing breath ....  feel the air flow out of your lungs as you blow out your breath...... Imagine your feet as huge tree trunks .....with the roots fanning out into the ground beneath you....... Now as you breathe in imagine a column of light..... flowing in at the top of your head........ as you breathe out, follow the light....... as it floods out any darkness, stress or dis- ease......  you can now allow this to flow out of your feet through the roots into the ground....... Keep breathing in the light and allowing the darkness to flow out of you with each exhale.... into the ground through the roots,...... you can even imagine the roots to be a darkness vacuum which is attracting anything within you ....... that is no longer needed or wanted by your system....... Continue breathing in the light...... and breathing out the darkness...... until your whole system feels light, clean and clear.......

I sincerely hope that this quick little meditation is of assistance to you in your quest for inner peace. I look forward to sharing more of this meditation with you in future newsletters.

What to Eat? ... Consider the Vibration of Food

If you have ever been on a quest to increase your intuitive capabilities, get healthy, lose weight, feel better or live longer, it's time to start thinking about the food you eat.

Whatever we put in to our body not only affects our health, but it also affects our thoughts, actions and physiological processes.  This is because all food has a "vibration" or frequency.

Eat Healthy to Increase your Vibration

Technically, vibration has been measured in numerous ways such as by muscle testing, pendulums (Bovis units), by the energy of bioelectricity (hertz), etc. But the bottom line is that the more "wholesome" the food, the more natural the environment it was produced in and the "higher the intention" was when it was raised, grown, made or packaged, the higher the food will "vibrate".

Why should you care?

Because optimum health can only be created with optimally vibrating nutrients.  This becomes even more interesting when we consider that our thoughts, actions and behavior are usually commensurate with the frequency of nutrients we put into our bodies.  When we consider that every system,  organ and cell in our body is produced by the food that we eat, we can't expect a very "highly vibrating" society that was raised on a diet of pop, chips and fast food all created with the intention of mass production and economic gain.  The amount of unrest, disease and premature aging in the world today is a testament to this.

So what raises or lowers our cellular 'frequency'? Here are some basic guidelines:
