HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
In 2011 and throughout these hard economic times, we are thankful for many things, but mostly our customer's support, our employees who provide a valued service and for our many vendors and industry partners who have made this year successful for our family of companies. We have been very busy on the terminal side with the opening of our new wood pellet handling facilities, developing new opportunities in import agri-bulk and construction aggregates as well as opening new a new export chip facility with Cogent Fibre in Morehead City, NC. We look forward to carrying this momentum forward into the New Year as we continue to expand our core bulk terminal operating business on the US East Coast.

SPOTLIGHT: NEW BERTH CONSTRUCTION - EAST COAST TERMINAL
SAVANNAH, GA
In an effort to enhance our ability to serve our clients when they need us and expand capacity for our import and export bulk clients we have undertaken the rehabilitation of an alternate bulk handling berth, Berth #4, adjacent to and west of our current bulk handling berth. When completed this deep draft (-36 ft MLW) berth will offer a continuous concrete wharf with modern panel type fendering system allowing ECT to position up to 3 shipside hoppers on dock for continuous discharge of product from geared vessels as well as allow for discharge and loading of bulk product using mobile cranes. The Industrial Company has been chosen as the primary marine contractor and we anticipate completion in early 3rd Quarter 2012.
