Thanks to the hard work of our Government Affairs Committee, the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling on the Physician Sunshine Act had a favorable outcome for our industry in that the act excludes the payment of marketing research honoraria under typical circumstances from the act's public reporting requirements.
