Last week, Keep Us Connected shared the results of the Alliance for Community Media (ACM) survey assessing the affects of state video franchise laws on public, education and governmental (PEG) access around the country.  Two-thirds of survey respondents reported delivery of PEG channels with impaired signal quality and functionality.
