April 14, 2011: Since 2007, AT&T has continuously defied the Illinois law requirement to provide equal treatment to public, educational and government (PEG) access channels. This new video demonstrates the ongoing failure of AT&T's U-Verse system to deliver basic functionality for PEG Access channels.
