Two out of five student loan borrowers delinquent in first five years
 Many more student loan borrowers are having difficulty repaying their student loans than is generally recognized.
The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) reports that 41% of graduate and professional borrowers postponed payments, were delinquent, or defaulted on their loans.

Expert panel offers student debt solutions

On March 25 and 26, 2011, the University of San Francisco School of Law will host the Trina Grillo Retreat, an annual event that is co-sponsored by a consortium of 12 western law schools and the Society of American Law Teachers (SALT).
