The Division of Insurance is seeking comments from interested parties on the selection of the Essential Health Benefits benchmark plan. The linked chart can be used for reference and shows the differences in membership, value and covered services between the health plans under consideration. The purpose of this meeting is to have an open conversation about two key implementation topics for the Duals Demonstration: the advisory committee, and the ombudsperson role. MassHealth will use this meeting as an opportunity to hear stakeholders' ideas on these topics.

Please note that the process for selecting ICOs is still ongoing, and information on which ICOs will be selected for participation will not be provided at this meeting.
