Celebrate Babies October 24-28, 2011
For the past three years affiliates and chapters of the World Association for Infant Mental Health (WAIMH) have celebrated babies in October. To join the celebration Oct 24-28, plan an event to celebrate babies and promote infant mental health. What can you do? Sponsor a training for parents, plan a lecture about the needs of infants and toddlers for nurturing relationships, host an evening meeting to discuss reflective practice, review a recent Infant Mental Health Journal article, plan a viewing of the inspiring movie, "Babies." There are many ways to celebrate.
