The American-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce is proud and privileged to announce a new member, Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD).  The company is known as Merck in the United States and Canada. Everywhere else, it is known as MSD.  


Merck Sharp & Dohme is currently in negotiations with the Government of Uzbekistan to create a joint task force to explore and develop programs and activities in the following main areas:  

 

Educational programs to advance public health, including vaccination, Hepatitis and women's health;  

Public Health-Care and policy;  

Commercial collaborations to establish in-country distribution networks.

MSD's Managing Director for Kazakhstan and Central Asia, Nikolay Barkov, will participate in AUCC events on behalf of the company.
