Greetings!
New for the February ArtWalk our First Friday Ambassadors will be joined by staff from the Citys Parking Control Department who will be on the streets in their electric carts helping our volunteers to hand out maps and information to ArtWalkers. Assisting the public, especially tourists, is an aspect of their jobs which is currently being expanded and their assistance with ArtWalk is greatly appreciated. An added benefit of this addition to our "staffing" is that, as they are equipped with police radios, they can quickly call police units Downtown should they be needed. So visit with us on Friday 4th and have fun Downtown in the knowledge that you are in a happy and safe environment. |
