Many small businesses launch their firms online before even thinking about seeking a brick and mortar facility - and more and more, a percentage of these businesses make the decision to stay virtual. Using electronic commerce (e-Commerce) - the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks - affords these businesses the opportunity to offer what they make and sell globally.

 Josh's guests will be Mr. Mike Effle - CEO, Vendio, and Mr. Frank Lavin, CEO, Export Now. Mike Effle was promoted from COO to CEO concurrent with Vendio's acquisition by Alibaba. He served as an officer in the United States Air Force, developing and producing large scale classified defensive systems for the F-16, and has held various roles at MCI, Boston Consulting Group, and Raytheon. Frank Lavin has devoted his government and private sector career to helping companies succeed in new markets, with an emphasis on China. He has served at the U.S. Department of Commerce; was the U.S. Ambassador to Singapore and served in the White House and on the National Security Council Staff; as well as senior finance and management positions in Hong Kong and Singapore with Bank of America, Citibank and Edelman.
