Thursday, July 12, 2012 Part II - The Affordable Care Act and Its Impact on Small Businesses In Part II of Biz Talk With Josh Smith's series on the recent Supreme Court decision upholding the Affordable Health Care Act, Josh and his guests will continue to discuss the impact of the current health care dilemma facing small businesses in America. This week Josh's guests will be Mr. John Arensmeyer, Founder and CEO of Small Business Majority, and Mr. Joe Olivo, CEO of Perfect Printing of Moorestown, NJ.
Mr. Arensmeyer's organization, Small Business Majority, is an advocacy group founded and run by small business owners. He is a frequent speaker on small business policy issues; testifies regularly before congressional committees; and has briefed congressional leadership on the small business perspective on healthcare reform, clean energy policies, job creation and small business lending. Mr. Olivo is a member of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB - "The Voice of Small Business.") Mr. Olivo's father started their small family-owned business over 34 years ago. He has presented testimony to Congress on how his small business has been and will be effected by federal health care policies.
