Mr. Hinson oversees a national operation of five regional offices and 48 minority business centers. Since 2004, MBDA has assisted minority-owned firms in obtaining nearly $7 billion in contracts and capital, creating nearly 11,000 new jobs. Joining Josh and David will be Mr. Robert Agbede Chairman, CEO & President of Chester Engineers, a leading water/waste water, facility design build, scientific research and management company, currently operating in the USA, Africa and the Caribbean.
