Before taking on the position of Vice President of Field Operations at SCORE, Steve Records was Managing Consultant for The Gallup Organization in Washington, DC and possessed with previous experience including  multiple field sales, marketing, field management, and consulting positions within a multinational chemical and energy company. Steve now manages the national operations of 370 chapters and 14,000 volunteers as well as overseeing the headquarters Human Resources, Recruitment, and Volunteer Services programs.
