Entrepreneurship and Business Development at the National Urban League
The National Urban League is a historic civil rights organization dedicated to economic empowerment in order to elevate the standard of living in historically underserved urban communities. The Entrepreneurship and Business Development Division of NUL features a signature economic empowerment initiative called the Entrepreneurship Center Program. The Entrepreneurship Center Program enables minority entrepreneurs to take advantage of new business opportunities and qualify for financing that will put them on the path towards high-level business growth through the application of proper management skills. There are 8 Entrepreneurship Center Program centers in major cities across the U.S.
On this Thursday's Biz Talk With Josh, Host Joshua Smith has the pleasure of sharing his show with the President and CEO of the National Urban League, Mr. Marc H. Morial.
Marc Morial is an Entrepreneur, a Lawyer, a Professor, a Legislator, a former Mayor, and former President of the U.S. Conference of Mayors. In addition to being the CEO of the nation's largest civil rights organization, as an Entrepreneur, Morial started several successful small businesses -- an apparel wholesale company, a special events company, and a janitorial company, his first venture at age 15 with two childhood friends.

Host Bio Joshua I. Smith, Chairman and Managing Partner of The Coaching Group, LLC, is Host of Biz Talk With Josh.
