Entrepreneurs turned authors are frequently guests on Biz Talk With Josh Smith, and they consistently share perspectives from their business pursuits that enlighten and examine what it really means to be both. On Thursday, join Josh Smith as he features two entrepreneurs turned authors who will regale you with their stories, Robert Jordan and Ara Bagdasarian.
Robert Jordan has been helping small businesses grow for 20 years. He founded Online Access, the first Internet coverage magazine in the world, then launched a couple of other companies; and still found the time to interview 45 successful founders of companies and turn his efforts into his book, How They Did It: Billion Dollar Insights from the Heart of America.
Ara Bagdasarian launched his first business at age 8. A lifelong entrepreneur, he founded two early-market providers of web-based applications that powered hundreds of Internet startup companies; and is now CEO of Omnilert, the leading college campus notification system in the U.S. Mr. Bagdasarian's book, The Lemonade Stand, is a why-to book on entrepreneurship.
Tune in Thursday at 9:00 am EDT to hear these exciting individuals talk about the companies they founded, managed and grew, as well as the books they wrote - and why.
