In collaboration with the Federal Government, the State of Maryland, Baltimore County and the community, Fort Howard Development, LLC has recently announced plans to build a community to honor and serve veterans at the Fort Howard (MD) Veterans Affairs campus along the Patapsco River and Chesapeake Bay in Baltimore County. The new development will provide multiple opportunities for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
The contract to develop the project was awarded by the Veteran's Administration (VA) to Mr. Tim Munshell, Managing Partner, Ft. Howard Development, and his business partner, Mr. Carl Williams. Mr. Munshell's principal advisor on this project is Mr. Theo Bell, Sr. Managing Partner, Newmark Knight Frank. In addition to his real estate background and credentials, Mr. Bell is also an entrepreneur, former combat Veteran, and UH/EH-60A "Blackhawk" helicopter pilot.
