What are you doing on Facebook? 

As we all know facebook is a great way to connect with old friends and family members. But it's also a great way to promote your business and get customers to "Like" you. Recently, a market research firm conducted a survey and analyzed the behaviors of over 1400 consumers on Facebook. Some interesting results came out of this study, here are just a few:

77% of consumers surveyed said they interact with brands on Facebook primarily through reading posts and newsfeeds.

56% of consumers said they are more likely to recommend a brand to a friend after becoming a fan on Facebook.

Are you ready for Google+?

By now, you have probably heard the buzz about Google+.  The main feature with Google+ is that you can share and update content with a group of friends, called circles instead of feeding your infomation to the masses.

But what does this mean to you as a business owner? Well at this point Google+ does not allow businesses to sign up but later this year,  they will be introducing a business-friendly version. So keep watching out!
