In an effort to improve the accuracy and availability of HomePath property marketing information on HomePath.com, ListHub recently created a new process to capture MLS information for all HomePath listing brokers.
Within the next few weeks you will receive an email from the FannieMae HomePath Team requesting that you register/update your MLS or franchise information with ListHub. Please make sure to check your Spam folder to avoid missing the email.
Action is required even if you have previously registered with ListHub.
Once you receive the email, please follow the instructions and complete the process to confirm that your MLS information is captured.
The following actions are required immediately after you receive the email:
- Click on the appropriate link in the email.
- Ensure that all of your MLS relationships are identified. The new process allows you to list supported and unsupported MLSs under one account.
- Merge multiple ListHub accounts (if you currently have more than one).
- Verify that all information on your Fannie Mae MLS Manager screen is current and accurate.
The benefits of this new process include:
- Merging separate ListHub accounts into one account and having a master list of all MLS and franchise affiliations you have.
- The ability to select an unsupported MLS from the MLS dropdown menu.
- Automatic posting of your marketing information, e.g., photos, etc., for all "supported" MLSs on HomePath.com. For "unsupported" MLSs the source of marketing information will continue to be AMN/Equator. MLS numbers must be entered into AMN/Equator for all postings. You now have the ability to select an unsupported MLS from the MLS dropdown menu.
