Visit All Properties

  • Visit each property assigned to you, and complete the  Property Condition Assessment Due to Sudden Disaster form for each property you find damaged.
  • Return the completed forms to your Asset Manager.
  • If a property is not accessible, provide interim reports to your Asset Manager as information becomes available with an estimated time frame for entry.

Properties Requiring Emergency Repair
Immediately report any emergency repair needs to your Asset Manager. You may be asked to obtain bids immediately to perform emergency repairs for items such as:

  • water extraction
  • tree removal
  • fence/roof/door/window replacement
