24 Asset Management has been asked to oversee the marketing of some assets that were previously under the management of another AMP.
Your contact information has been provided to us because you were listed as an agent on some of these newly assigned properties. As of today August 12, 2011 24 Asset will be marketing these assets for Fannie Mae.
24 Asset Management will work to keep the current listing agents, but we will have to make some marketing decisions concerning reassignments in certain cases.
We will need new BPO's and in some cases new Marketing Plans/updates. Please send email to info@24asset.com if you would prefer not to continue to work on this asset.
Our client is very concern on Distance to asset, and overall performance from the agent and us. With that said we will make decisions needed to fulfill our obligation to our client. Our asset managers will be contacting you soon.
Some agents may be new to 24 Asset Management, so we will be hosting a training session relating to our policies and procedures. Agents currently familiar with our Policies and Procedures are also encouraged to participate on the training call. Please look for the invite to the webinar.
24 Asset Management employs our own inspection team to review assets that are assigned to our brokers. Our inspectors will be reviewing your assets to ensure the correct pre-marketing and marketing procedures are being followed. Failure to comply with our Pre-marketing and Marketing policies will result in asset reassignment.
To help your asset manager effectively research your current assignment, please enter a marketing note in the Equator system explaining your thoughts and reasons why the case has not previously sold. Start the Note CURRENT AGENT MARKETING CONDITION.
Your asset manager will be assigned through Equator and will be contacting you shortly.
OUR BILLING
All billing/bills Before August 12, 2011 should be done through the former AMP.
24 Asset Management has streamlined our invoice submission processes and transitioned to the LPS Invoice Management system on February 1, 2011.
If you are not registered with LPS, please subscribe to the service. LPS will provide training to you and your staff on how to use Invoice Management.
Once you have registered AND completed the LPS Invoice Management Training Module, send your newly created Company Code to e.pashley@24asset.com for activation under the 24AM servicer code.
If you all ready active with LPS IM, simply send your Company Code to e.pashley@24asset.com for activation under the 24AM servicer code.
Then, all you will need to do is log into the website to create your invoices and submit them to 24 Asset Management Corp, Inc. for immediate approval and processing for payment.
The registration fee is a one-time $49.99 cost. If you are already registered with Invoice Management, you will not need to pay this fee again.
There is a submission fee of $5 for the first five invoices per asset. Any additional invoice submission will be free of charge. Multiple bills per property can be submitted on the same invoice, resulting in fewer $5 charges.
The registration and individual invoice fees are applied and managed by LPS-Invoice Management.
