UPDATED WHIRLPOOL FORMS!

Dear Fannie Mae Vendor:
 
Whirlpool has provided Fannie Mae with new, interactive ordering forms to help make ordering (and returning, if necessary) appliances easier. These forms contain drop down menus for selections of appliances and other options. You will need to use your PDF viewer to access all parts of the forms. The forms included in this email have been revised since our previous announcement. Please discard the previous forms and start using the newly updated forms immediately.  
 
Important
Beginning August 1, all Whirlpool orders and/or returns must be submitted via the new interactive forms. These forms and instructions are also available on www.efanniemae.com. Please Note: if you are using a browser other than Explorer, the forms must be saved to your desktop using the save button at the bottom of the form.
