Dear Broker/Agents - Time is of the Essence:

As of 5pm Friday we still have not received your signed Fannie Mae MLA Amendment Document (2 pages).

Reminder, you still have time. The deadline is COB Wednesday June 24, 2011. After that time, we are going to start moving inventory to compliant brokers.

You should have received our initial MLA request this past Sunday.                          

Please read completely and follow instructions:

1.     Print the new 2 Page MLA Amendment

2.     Your "Principal Broker of the office" must sign, not an agent, but a Principal/Managing Broker of Record:

a.     Date Page 1 with a Current Date

b.     Sign Page 2 and supply company info

3.     Email the Dated and Signed amendment to: MLA@24asset.com by June 24, 2011.

4.       Reply using the contents of THIS ORIGINAL email. It contains the email address that coincides with the one in Equator.

5.       If you have replied to the previous email with your Amendment, then disregard this email.

24 Asset will then execute and post the document into Equator, per Fannie Mae request.

NOTE:  If we do not received a signed copy of the new Amendment by Close of Business on June 24, 2011, we will be forced to start re-assigning properties as you will NOT be in Compliance.   

 If you work as a Fannie Mae Direct Agent or as an Agent for another AMP,  you still need to complete this task for 24 Asset.

Do not use electronic signatures to sign.  You must print out and have the Broker of Record or the  person Authorized to Sign , sign the 2 page document. NO EXCEPTIONS
