New Technology Fee Implementation  
Effective July 5, 2011, Fannie Mae is assessing a Technology Fee at closing on the HUD-1. The $50 Technology Fee will be offset from the listing broker's commission. This fee is applicable on all files managed through our outsourcing sales channel (AMP) with a closing date on or after July 5, 2011.

Details
Fannie Mae provides brokers access to, and use of our electronic platforms and systems. Due to expanded technology now available, the fee will be assessed and will cover technology usage as well as ongoing upgrades and maintenance to these systems.

Master Listing Agreement (MLA) Amendment
An Amendment to the MLA outlining the new fee is being distributed by your asset management company (AMP).
