Our 3rd annual Halloween Horrorfest and Halloween Party will be held on Saturday, October 30th (7-12pm).  Continuous classic horror movies, and good treats, wine, pizza, and friends makes a winning combination.  We will award a cash prize for the best costume.  If you don't already have plans, we hope you will join us for our Halloween Horrorfest.          

Our 'Evening in Tuscany' event was a great success with Chef Silverio Pagano.  Chef Pagano prepared the following:

Hors d'Oeuvres: Assorted Cheese and crackers, Roasted Red Pepper and Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus with Oven Roasted Pita Triangles.

Appetizer: Bruschetta with Balsamic Fig & Goat Cheese

Salad: Mixed Baby Greens with Pear Spumanti with Roasted Sugar Glazed Pecans

Entrée: Smoked Tenderloin Medallions of Beef with a Norton Reduction, Shrimp Scampi, Oven Roasted Vegetables, and Zinfandel Whipped Potatoes

Dessert: Oven Roasted Pound Cake with Amaretto Strawberry Orange Glaze

A glass of Thousand Oaks Suprise, Gold Rush, and Decompression was served with the appetizer, Entree, and Dessert.

Throughout the evening Chef Pagano walked us through how to prepare the items at home and interjected generous amounts of humor and song.
