Laverne and George Lesznik easily make the best pancakes I think we have ever tasted from mix...bar none. We've been selling their scone, cake and pancake mixes for years. She and her husband run an old 24 acre dairy farm that dates back to the 1700's, located an hour or so from the Market in Pittsford, Vermont.

"I wanted to write to let you know how much I enjoyed the Cottage Hill Pancake Mix that I recently tried from the Farmers' Market. We are firm believers in not using pre-packaged mixes when we can and we always make things, especially baked goods, from scratch. We got the pancake mix as a gift and tried it out a couple of weeks ago. It was hands down THE BEST pancakes we've ever made at home.
