Sicily's hot, dry climate is ideal for bees, and the fragrance of the flowers they pollinate comes through in their honey.  It's absolutely wonderful! It is never heated or strained and all of the trace enzymes and beneficial nutrients remain intact.  The Sulla Honey with Apricots has apricot fruit added, and is irresistible!

now...will be online very soon. The name is a little misleading, but this delicious condiment is suitable for dressing pasta, tossing with ripe tomatoes, or spreading on bruschetta.  It was so popular the last time we sampled it (over Wassail Weekend '09), that this amazing garlic pate sold out in 2 DAYS-and a fight almost broke out over the last jar!  In fact, we just put it out two days ago and we've had to restock!
