Harassment
Unfortunately, the Board has once again been  receiving nasty emails which have been directed personally at the members.

Remember, all Board Members, Chairperson's, and Committee Members are volunteers, and every one of them have devoted many hours for the the betterment of the community.

Emails of this type will not be tolerated, and homeowners who are compelled to send emails, write letters or leave phone messages of this type will be warned and then subject to fines per our CC&Rs and Davis-Stirling if the harassment continues.
General Meeting
 March 15th,  2010 at 8:00 pm

8:10 pm  Deadline for Ballot Collection

We encourage EVERY homeowner to vote.
Please fill out your ballot, and send it in.
It is your right as a homeowner to vote for 5 candidates to serve on the HOA Board for the period of one year.

We do have the meeting room until 10:00 p.m.
which will allow time for the counting of the ballots.
This has been confirmed to dispell any rumours to the contrary.
Greetings!

First, we would like to remind you to sign up for the monthly email news or make sure you check the website monthly to view the newsletter. A copy each month will be posted in the acrylic case at the First Street Arena Bulletin Board.

We also have a new "ASK THE BOARD" Blog, where you can ask questions of the board - clarifly rumors - get the facts!

The CC&R committee would like to thank those homeowners who cleaned out their drains in front of their homes before, during and after the rains (this is each homeowners responsibility) and those areas are much better for it!

If you have been down to the First Street Arenas lately via the path along First Street, you have seen the lovely sign that Don Paone and Dave Pisarev made for the Bridle Path's old "Main Gate". Thank you for your time and dedication to the HOA!

Sincerely,

The Bridle Path Board
Stephanie, Cathy, Lee, Marcy & Daran
