| A Message From Miss Murphy |
|
Happy Holidays! I would like to begin with extending a huge thank you to everyone in the Cougar community who donated supplies for our Army unit stationed in Iraq. SPC Lane Mobley, his family, and his entire Army unit were very touched by our kindness and generosity. We shipped 14 boxes of supplies to them.
Our Student Council continues this month with another service project. This December we will collect new unwrapped toys to donate to Officer Devon Boatman and the California Highway Patrol to support their annual toy drive. We thank you ahead of time for your support.
As always, thank you to all of our staff, students, and parents who share daily their precious gifts and special talents to make Loma Vista an excellent school and a wonderful community. At this time of year, I sincerely want to thank all of you for your hard work and extra effort to support our school. This holiday season, share good times with family, friends, and loved ones. May peace and happiness be yours this holiday season and throughout the coming year. Go Cougars! |
