 SCRIP purchases directly benefit your own family by adding a % of money from your purchases to your child's Outdoor Science School savings! You can earn money by buying what you would buy anyway!
What is SCRIP?
SCRIP is a term that means "substitute money." When you purchase SCRIP, you are purchasing negotiable gift certificates or gift cards that are used JUST LIKE CASH! Through the Loma Vista PTO SCRIP Program, you can purchase gift certificates and gift cards for all the places you shop anyway: grocery stores, gas stations, drug stores, restaurants, etc. SCRIP is pre-ordered through the PTO once a month and delivered the following week. Nothing to sell - everything to gain!
How does buying SCRIP benefit my child?
The PTO "pre-sells" the SCRIP to you for full face value. Then, because the PTO buys SCRIP with cash upfront, the participating retailers offer a substantial discount. The difference is "banked" for your child's Outdoor Science School tuition.
Orders for OCTOBER are due in to the Front Office with payment
by FRIDAY MORNING, October 2nd.
