The Detex, ECL-230X-TDB Maximum Security Panic Bar withstands 10,000 pounds of pull force

 

ECL-230X-TDB (Top Bolt, Dead Bolt and Bottom Bolt)

 

Detex introduces a maximum security, code compliant, alarmed, 3 point dead bolt, panic device.  The ECL-230X-TDB has 3 large dead bolts designed for maximum holding force, a photo-luminescent sign, a 100 decibel alarm and a durable ramped end cap.  For maximum, 6 locking points per door specify:  ECL-230X-TDB-DX3.

 

Testing with the ECL-230X-TDB-DX3, installed on a 16 gauge door and frame, kept the door locked and secure, even with 10,000 pounds of pull force applied to the pull side of the door, trying to forcibly pull the door open.
