Greetings!

April is a special month for me because I get to celebrate my birthday.   And I believe we should celebrate the whole month, not just the day.  It's important to celebrate your life. Scroll down for your free gift to celebrate all our birthdays!

A few years ago my family gave me a surprise party and it was the best.  I was totally surprised and filled with deep gratitude as I walked into the room filled with friends and family shouting "Surprise".  At one point, it was like a wedding where people who couldn't attend wrote beautiful letters that were read to me, saying wonderful things.

I felt so fortunate to have had the opportunity to hear their words when I was alive rather than to have people only say it when I'm gone.

I personally invite you to share your experiences, ask questions, learn from others and continue to grow into the life you were meant to live and deserve.  I look forward to hearing from you.Lynn Robinson

Sincerely,

Lynn

Forever Young: Age is an Attitude

At some point, I decided to stop celebrating the number of years and focus on celebrating my life because unconsciously the number represented something.

Forever YoungPeople have expectations of you at certain ages and I wasn't interested in fulfilling those expectations.

In our culture the higher numbers generally represent something negative.

When I was in my thirties (you'll have to figure out how long ago that was) I had a friend who already thought she was old.  That's when I decided aging was an attitude. Oh, and by the way, my husband is 15 years younger than me which is one of my secrets for staying young.

Read the 7 secrets to Beat the Aging Process to find out how to become one of the young at heart and never act your age.
