This year, the OTC Foundation granted close to 200 scholarships due to the generosity of the Foundation's many donors. The OTC Foundation held its first annual Donor Reception honoring these supporters and scholarship recipients on Tuesday, April 14th. The private donations come from local individuals, businesses and memorial scholarships. At the donor reception, scholarship recipients and donors were given the opportunity to meet face to face. For the donors, it was a chance to put a face with their contribution and for the recipients it was a chance to say "Thank You."
We continue to make progress with our Major Gifts Capital Campaign and have raised over $3 million so far. See the graph below for a complete update.

Donate to the Middle College and receive a
50% Missouri Tax Credit |
As the Middle College continues to grow, the need for additional funding increases. A grant from the Department of Economic Development Youth Opportunities Program will allow you to make a financial donation to the Middle College. You will receive a 50% tax credit of the value of the gift You have the additional benefit of knowing your tax dollars are staying in the local community to support our youth. This means if you donate $1,000 you will receive a $500 tax credit certificate towards what you owe on your Missouri taxes this year. Donors may contribute up to $200,000 to support the Middle College this year. Your tax credit benefit may go forward up to five years.
These tax credits are limited and will not be available for long, so please act now if you would like to discuss a gift to the Middle College and make a difference in the life of our local youth!
