1. Do your research on what is the best high traffic area for your target market.
2. Have 3 choices before you make a choice.
3. Assess where your competition is located... is there are reason they are not in that area?
4. Look for future issues... parking lot will be renovated, no parking, limited spots. All of these things can decrease sales.
5. Once you have decided on a spot review the lease in full to see if there are potential issues to address prior to signing.....
