1. Know your endgame. Where do you see your business in 5 years? Do you want to sell it? For how much and to whom? Or are you building a lifestyle that you can pass down through succession?
2. Does your business work for you or do you work for your business? Decide what you want it to do for you, how much you will pay yourself....
3. Build a team. Every successful entrepreneur has a coach, mentor, and a team or community they are part of... get yours!
4. Identify what will springboard your success further and fast! Do what it takes to move it along.
