What is a Mastermind Group
It is a group of people committed to raising the bar in support to each other and challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. We participate as catalysts for growth, help to show both sides and support each other with integrity.
It is more formal than a networking group in that people within the group support each other and we work towards a definate purpose to assist one another.
Mastermind concept has been around since the early 1900's and was introduced by Napoleon Hill in his book "Think and Grow Rich."
"No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind."
The agenda belongs to the group and what they desire and participation is key. Feedback, brainstorming, and accountability structures are important. For example in our group we have monthly calls (recorded for you to listen to later if you choose) where you gain access to insights and ideas on building your business. There is also a private resource library that you can access, of recommended businesses to support your growth. A Mastermind group helps you gain experience, skill and confidence, progress in your business and personal life.
