An Evening of Epicurean Delights

The New Canaan Outback Teen Center marks their 10 year anniversary with "Celebrate Ten Years for Teens, An Evening of Epicurean Delights" fundraising event showcasing the Outback Teen Center. The event will begin with tastings of red and white wines from various regions, champagnes, and scotch. The evening will also offer other fine tasting's, cocktails, dinner, entertainment and auction.  Adopt a Maple TreeNature Center
Saturday, February 5th 10am-1pm
Families, groups or individuals are invited to adopt one of the Nature Center's maple trees for the tapping season. Learn about and actively participate in the maple syrup making process by tapping a tree, collecting the sap and finally enjoying the finished product. Participants will attend a kick-off event on Saturday, February 5 at 10am and then return 2-3 times a week (on your own schedule) to collect sap and observe how conditions affect production.
