It's that time of year again. New Canaan is beginning to move a bit more slowly...the dog days are almost here... parking is easy. I remember when I used to wish that finding parking was this easy every day but now I've come to appreciate the days that I have to circle a few times to park on Main or Elm. Every time you can't just zip into a spot, it means that people are visiting our downtown and if people are visiting our downtown, they will spend money. So enjoy the dog days of summer but be happy when the cars return and our wonderful downtown is over flowing once again.
