 Come dance with your little ones. 2009 Parents' Gold Choice Winner and New Canaan Alum Dre Towey will be performing a FREE outdoor summer concert for kids at Waveny Park.  Join us under the Big Top! Presented by the New Canaan YMCA and Kiwanis Club, Circus Vidbel is an old-fashioned, family-run, one-ring circus. The circus features aerialists, clowns, jugglers, dog and horse acts, and lots of old-time family fun. Proceeds from this fundraiser benefit teen programs at the YMCA and Outback Teen Center. Thursday, July 1 and Friday, July 2 at 3 pm & 6 pm each day. For more information, click here.
 Mark your calendars for August 29th, 10-4. The party will be on East Cherry Street, from Main Street to Burtis. It'll be a blast for everyone, and the final hooray to celebrate the end of summer. There will be all kinds of fun activities for parents, kids, and especially our four-legged best friends: contests, raffle prizes, food, agility exercises, pet care information, and plenty of things to entertain the whole family.
