Greetings from Summit Spring!
The fall colors were exceptional this year, the weather sunny and mild. Life seemed just about perfect here in Maine. Even if each day were not perfection, we relished each wonderful moment. This gave us thought to what if...
we could be happy with ourselves, without being perfect? Can we be appreciative and love ourselves with the same compassion we show others in our lives and for that matter, others that we barely know?
At this time of year when giving thanks is on most of our minds, let us not forget to give thanks to ourselves for all the work we have done to get here...where we are today. All of us here at Summit Spring ~Chris, Eric and Suzy~are appreciative and grateful for all of you - friends, clients, students, practitioners, family and community.
As we begin the busy season of holidays, let us keep this in mind ~

Imagine clearly, love dearly, let everything else roll by...

As always, we wish you the best of everything,

            Chris, Eric and Suzy

We have our 2009 class schedule for practitioners and advanced practitioners posted on our web site www.summitspringholistichealth.com.
Christine was in West Virginia last month attending a class on teaching an advanced study program - Beyond the Protocol ~ Freely Moveable Joints - with Dr. Fritz Smith, the founder of Zero Balancing and other faculty. She will be offering this class at our center next fall with Dorsett Edmunds. You will also see that we will be having a Zero Balancing review day in February for anyone who has taken ZB 1 and beyond. More information to come. Please check out the listings.

We are always opened to thoughts or ideas from our clients and students for any classes you would like us to consider holding. Please email us with your input at
