Firefox 3.5 Issues Reported                                                            August 19, 2009 Recently, Firefox 3.5 was released and we've received numerous reports from clients that Vericle's User interface has issues.  This is due to a bug in Firefox 3.5.  We are taking steps to proactively fix this this in Vericle and release the fix as soon as possible.  DO NOT INSTALL FIREFOX 3.5!! If you have installed Firefox 3.5, you will get a lot of errors in Vericle and you have two options: 1. Downgrade to Firefox 3.0 until our new version is released. 2. Use the Beta version on Stage and help us improve it by reporting any bugs you find. To downgrade Firefox to 3.0: Go to www.firefox.com. Click on Other Systems and Languages link below the main download link. Then, on the right, under Other Versions, click Firefox 3.0.13. Download and install. To use the Beta version: open your browser to: https://stage.vericle.com Log in as usual and use the system as usual. Any updates you make in the Beta version will be synchronized with the production version, and vice-versa, so you can use both versions simultaneously in the same office. Regards, Dave Macolino
