Weekly Communication Tip

Greetings!

Happy New Year...we have a new format in 2011!

Each week we will provide you with an idea to add to your communication toolbox.

If you have a question about communication or relationship building, feel free to ask and we may be able to use it in one of the upcoming weekly tips.

Our Weekly Communication Tip is designed to help you reinforce mastery of your own communication style as well as recognize the communication styles of others. These weekly tips are based on my newest book, Conversations for Change: 12 Ways to Say It Right When It Matters Most.

If you have questions or if I can be of assistance please contact me at 888-959-1188 x87.

Looking forward to our next conversation,

Shawn

This Week's Tip

There are 12 types of conversations that are important for growth and success for leaders, managers, and teams. When you are comfortable creating each of these conversations, you will experience confidence and credibility in your leadership style.

When one or some of these conversations are missing from our dialogue with others in certain situations, we may not be able to create the success we are looking for. By using the full range of conversations, we can reach our maximum potential for success.
