Let's take the fear factor out of writing a business plan! This is a redesigned seminar that is dynamite. While we will talk certainly of the narrative part of a business plan, we believe that any business, new or established will benefit from the projection part.
We will spend a lot of time helping you understand items in the projection, how to put the information together, and most importantly, helping you understand how the information there can tell you so much about your business and make the difference between profit and loss.
